A conversation can be recorded into your mailbox for future reference by simply pressing the two way record function key
3. Two Way Transfer.
A conversation can even be recorded into another party's mailbox by simply pressing the Two Way Recording function key and the mailbox number. This is ideal for companies that want their receptionist to personally take messages from callers.
4. Intercom Paging
Notifies you of an incoming call even if your extension is busy. The system will put a call on hold and use a internal or external paging function to announce "I have a call for...." You can answer the call from anywhere in your office by just dialling a pick-up code from any system handset.
